Introduction

The swXtches page shows the cloudSwXtches that can be accessed via wXcked Eye. cloudSwXtches will automatically be added when one or more swXtches belong to a High Availability configuration for 2022-7 implementation (see High Availability Configuration). However, within this page, more cloudSwXtches can be added by selecting the swXtches List and adding the control IP of one or more cloudSwXtches.

Below is a configuration with 2 cloudSwXtches:

Select the swXtches List link or click on the orange menu button on the right to add one or more cloudSwXtches.

The following pop-up will display to enter 1 or more cloudSwXtches. This example is only adding one; however, the “+” button can be selected to add more using the same form.

Once the system determines it can connect to the cloudSwXtch, it will appear in the list.

This page segments cloudSwXtches into byte-sized cards with some top-level information, such as the name, the cloud provider, the status, the number of attached xNICs, and the flow of data for both Ingress and Egress in packets per second (pps). The SwXtches Information panel shows the total number of cloudSwXtches and xNICs with the cumulative total in pps for both Ingress and Egress. If tags are associated with the cloudSwXtch, then the tags will be displayed here as well.

This page can be filtered by tag or name as shown below:

Tags can be added to this wXcked Eye using the Configure Tags page in the System Management page.
