groundSwXtch Details Pane

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this article, users will learn how to view the details of a groundSwXtch and its sources and destinations, and how to configure, set the location of, retry and remove a groundSwXtch.

Set groundSwXtch Location

The location is set during the Add groundSwXtch process (in the map view).

To change the location of a groundSwXtch:

1. Right-click the groundSwXtch in the details pane and select Set Location.

   

2. The Set Location dialog box opens.

   

3. Enter the coordinates, or select Pick on Map and click the new location on the map. The screen below shows the new location.

   

4. Select Save Location.

5. The new location is saved.

Retry groundSwXtch Connectivity

This option checks the connection to a peer groundSwXtch again, right away.

To retry:

1. Right-click the groundSwXtch in the details pane and select Retry.

   

2. The groundSwXtch retries the connection.
