WHAT TO EXPECT

The swXtch Management Support Page allows users to export debug information and statistics stored within the cloudSwXtch.
In this section, we will walk through exporting both a full report and individual files.

How to Navigate to the Support tab

To learn how to navigate to xNICs from the wXcked Eye main page, please review the wXcked Eye swXtch Management article.

The reports include JSON files containing cloudSwXtch information, Max Highmarks, List Highmarks, Repl and Control logs, and xNIC Logs, all in a single compressed file. This report should be provided to swXtch.io Support when troubleshooting an issue.

Navigating the Support Page

The page allows users to get a wide range of reports:

  • Full Report

  • swXtch Info (in JSON format)

  • swXtch Info (in TXT format)

  • swXtch Logs

  • xNIC Logs

  • Bridge Logs

When troubleshooting, it is recommended for users to send the Full Report so that swXtch.io Support can fully understand the situation.

Time selection for the logs can be configured using “From - To” or using “Since”.

Users can also add “Dump files” to get more information.

Clicking on the Download button (orange arrow pointing down), a .tar.gz file will be downloaded by the browser.
